Order Processing & Shipping
Please note, shipping within Canada is free for any purchase over $200. Shipments within Canada are sent via ups expedited service, with tracking included. Due to the fact that all Jesse Rowes garments are carefully made-to-order, please allow 5 business days for order processing for Canadian orders. Delivery takes 3-7 business days on average depending on shipping address location, for this reason, please ensure the accuracy of your address before submitting an order.
For international shipping please allow 2 weeks for order processing and shipping. Would you like to track your shipment? Please go to www.ups.com/tracking . A notification will be sent via email upon shipment.

If you wish to have your order delivered to an address other than the one associated with your paypal account, please let us know with via email. Items purchased as gifts can be personalized with a small card at no additional charge.
Payment & Check-out
Payments are accepted via Paypal or credit card. Please note that a Paypal account is not required. To make a purchase, click the ‘check out’ button and complete the payment form. If you prefer to pay using Paypal, click the ‘check out with pay pal’ button, log in to your account as prompted, and pay in as few as three clicks with your choice of bank transfer, credit card or account balance. Items are shipped after payment has been received. Please note that unpaid orders will be cancelled.
13% Hst is added to your purchase total at the time of checkout.
Jesse Rowes will never share, or sell your information to third parties for any reason. When an order is placed, our site collects personal information such as your name, e-mail address and mailing address. Jesse Rowes will use this information to process and ship your order, and to communicate via email any necessary messages related to your order, such as order and shipping confirmations. You are only required to submit information to our site when you are placing an order or if you are interested in any of our promotions.
Returns & Exchanges
All Jesse Rowes garments are all proudly made in Canada with the utmost care, design, and detail. However, in the event that the item you ordered isn’t what you expected, please get in touch with us to discuss it, we value your feedback! An exchange or return may be in order as outlined below. Above all we want to provide the best customer experience possible. Follow the steps below for either an exchange or a refund, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues. We respond to all emails with in 1-2 business days.
-Any exchange or return must be approved in advance by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details within 15 days of receipt of your delivery.
-Once your exchange or refund is approved, we will email you a return package label at no additional cost, however, it is the buyers responsibility to send the package to us within 7 business days of the day the return package label was sent. If this is not the case, the exchange or return will not be processed. Please ensure that the item is packaged and sealed with the proper care and protection. This also applies to any shipping errors made by Jesse Rowes.
-Packages sent to Jesse Rowes for exchange or return must be in 100% new condition (ie. Not worn or washed). Lost or stolen packages cannot be exchanged or refunded.
-Exchanges and returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. A status notification will be sent via email. Returns will be issued via your choice of original payment method or in the form of store credit. Store credits do not expire.
Any difference in cost for items in terms of an exchange will be invoiced or refunded accordingly. However, availability of specific items is subject to change and cannot be guarantee
